Boarding Check in/out
We recommend dropping your pet off as early as possible to allow them to acclimate throughout the day. The boarders go into their villas at 5:30pm. If you bring your dog after 4pm, just keep in mind they will not have much time to acclimate.

Check in
Mon-Sat: 8am-9pm
Sunday: 9-11am, 4-5pm
Check out
Mon-Sun: 9-11am, 11am-9pm
*After 11am, a late check out fee is applied
A late pick up fee is applied for pick ups after 6pm

Vaccinations
Required to board
Cats: Feline distemper, feline leukemia, Rabies
Dogs: Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, Bordatella, *Canine influenza

*Because bordatella does not protect against all strands of kennel cough, we require an additional vaccination for Canine Upper Respiratory Virus. One common vaccination for this is canine influenza. This is to ensure protection against all strands of canine upper respiratory virus.
*If you are not able to get this additional vaccine, you can still bring your dog as long as you understand the risks explained and you will need to sign a waiver stating that you understand the risk

Flea & Tick Prevention
As a responsible pet parent, please have flea & tick prevention for your pets prior to their stay with us. If they are not on a preventative, let us know and we will give them a bath and capstar pill upon their check in for an additional fee. Capstar kills fleas instantly and is safe to use, even if pets are already on a preventative. If we see fleas on your pet during their stay with us, they will be given a bath and we will administer a capstar, which you will be charged for.

Our kennel cough preventative efforts
Kennel cough can be scary and none of us like to see our beloved pets go through it. At Zoomies Pet Villas we go the extra mile to try to prevent kennel cough from spreading. That being said, it is highly contagious and can be spread easily
Here is what we do to try and prevent the spread:
-
We vacuum 2-3 times a day using a vaccum with a hepa filter
-
We have placed air purifiers with hepa filters and UV-C technology throughout the building
-
We sanitize daily and/or as pets check out
-
We use Kennelsol sanitizer: Veterinarian formulated, KennelSol germicidal cleaner is EPA registered and is effective against a broad spectrum of pathogens including viruses (even Canine Parvovirus and SARS-CoV-2) bacteria, and fungi.

Here is what we ask of you:
-
Have your pets vaccinated with the vaccinations we require for boarding, even if just bringing for day care
-
Do not bring your dog to our center within 3 days of going to a dog park. Not all dog parks are regularly kept up and sanitized nor are vaccinations always regulated or required. While the virus is known as "kennel cough", it is very commonly spread in any areas where dogs congregate in large groups
-
Do not bring your dog to day care/boarding if they have a persistent cough. Keep your dog isolated for 7-10 days after the last cough is heard.
-
Tell us if your dog is coughing after attending our center so we can keep all pet parents informed
